Had my iop today! So glad it's overrr, sadly I didn't put in more effort to memorising my script fully /; so thankful to God that it wasn't so costly though! (;

I tried mos burger's $1.95 cheeseburger today! heheh, it was a fresh switch from my usual macs doublecheese/mc chicken, and it was pretty good! Though I must say, it was preeetty small too, and the waiting time can kill. ;P

Now with tok and econs ia2 deadlines pushed back a little, I can afford to slack (A BIT ONLY) and can look forward to the yog hockey match tmr! Hopefully we do get tickets and there is no delay though!

I guess I'm too busy that I don't have time to blog, or I'm just lazy.

I went for a bb hike from last night till this evening. My first ever hike. hahah, and it was a pretty fun experience! Group 4 with Esther and Seang was awesomeeeeeee, too bad our group got sacrificed due to shortage of manpower ;(( I'd have really like to continue the next day's hike with them - along with the 4 cute and funny sec2s, and also, of course, Mr Ding! So sad, we all got split up the very next morning.

The final destination was Christchurch Sec School, and boy oh boy, the school compound there is awesome! They have the high rope elements, you name them all - rock wall, flying fox and high ropes! This was my first time in Christchurch and likely my last too hehe, so glad I got to see how Isaac's ex-school was like.

So I'm tired out, not ttm, but still fairly exhaustedd. Not so much from the walking cause I have pretty strong legssssss (hahaha kiddinggggg) but more so from the meager sleep we had. The bunks in bgbb campsite were pretty nice btw(;

I'm pretty thankful for this hike even though my ee ppt isn't done, my iop ppt isn't done, my econs article hasn't been found, tok essay not started - and they are all due the next week - as I got to forge stronger bonds with 2 people! Namely, Esther, who was in my group, and Mark Chan, fellow logistic/saikang warrior! And also, a little of more bonding with Seang(; though just as Asher said, if God kept the weather perfect for us, likewise, he can help us overcome our (many mountains of) work!


It's 10, I want to get at least 9 hours of sleep, so I shall head off. (ya'll and) I will get past this weekend and the week ahead, for (you guys and) I can do all things through Him who strengthens (you guys and) me!

Considering half the year's over, I thought I should do up a to-do list (; which hopefully, all the items in this not exhaustive list can be struck off, come 31st december '10 (;

To-do list:

1. Night cycling with 4.13 again - the last one we had was pure awesome funnnn!
2. Mash up some songs - be a Norwegian Recycling-wannabe! (This has been way high on my list since who knows when!)
3. Read finish my several overdue books - eg narnia!
4. Be able to do 12 pull ups!
5. Be more adept at the guitarrr!
6. Survive(d) IB year 1!
7. Spend quality quiet time - Im spending quiet time, but not really quality ones D; qqt ftw
8. Be more adept at hockeyyy! (;
9. Go out more often and have funnnnn!

This year's birthday experience definitely would be my best so far! With all the stronger bonds forged with my friends over the years to the new, yet strong, bonds from new friends I've made, I feel really blessed.

I wasn't really a very happening person in secondary school, but I guess things'll change, and are changing in jc life (; maybe someday, I'll step out more from my comfort zone.

Been out with Xunwei and Steven for 2 straight nights now, this is how we should do things man! (;

I am regretting not choosing a chinese topic from my previous years' work or from any random book, like maybe po mo ying hua. I am now struggling to come up with a ~4min script for my oral! /; Ohwell, I crapped up one already, though I think there's plenty more I can add in. Gonna ask my teacher for help tmr! I really hope I don't get marked down too much because most of the content are from myself! At least my teacher did say its not about the content, but more so on how fluent one speaks (;

Chem Oly first training tmr(at long last)! /; I haven't read the notes yet, I don't even think I'll be able to understand them by my own. I think I need to make a trip to the national library to get a really thick general Chem guidebook. Mr George Chong recommended it, and Malcolm has it. Ohh mann, I really don't wanna have to drop out but I know I'll have to, sooner rather than later. We'll see how it goes tmr first!


I don't personally know Mr Simon Lai, but I pray that he'll be alright, and he'll have a speedy recovery!


Some people are already done with presenting their oral and iop. I need to get into second gear in preparing for mine. /;
