After I took this year's eoy's Physics papers, I was relieved as I believed I would not take Physics ANYMORE! But now, it seems I MAY still have to take it next year. Physics has a wide career range, as Xunwei told me, but really, Physics has been the bane of my whole secondary school life, no kidding. /:

So quite a bit of this holidays is going to be spent pondering over the subject options for next year. Hehe.

I met up with Jerm and Samuel yesterday for lunch and we went to Samuel's house after that. The main objective of the meeting-up was for me to pass back to Samuel his harddrive and I cleanly forgot about it. Luckily my parents were going out, so they passed it to me at West Mall. ((:

At Samuel's house, I intro-ed them to German bridge and we had loads of fun, heheh, you can take a look at two of my hands that totally owned. It was NT, I bidded 9, I won (((:







Jerm left for his piano lesson so Samuel and I decided to go onto Omegle and had some fun, hahahhaha!

I did my QT today and the main message was that I should ''reflect on the seasons of life I've journeyed through thus far and thank God for His perfect timing.'' While this is indeed true and while I believe that everything that happens is indeed in God's perfect plan, it is sometimes very trying to believe that what is currently happening/has happened is really in God's plan. Yes, I just contradicted myself but I can't help it. It's been too much and too many times. /:

Yesterday was bowling and woohoo, I guess I do have some flair for it ;D , even though I have not bowled for quite some time, at least half a year! An average of 94 pins from 2 games isn't that bad right? Mark pwned all though - 116 pins(: And I do not have loads of picts cause we didn't really take a lot and my phone was on low batt /:

Eugene intro-ed us to German bridge and hey, it's really cool and fun. Fairly similar to normal bridge, just that you're on your own, FFA style. Cool cool (:

And oh man, the people there were really friendly, and even though that's my first time being in that company, I didn't felt too left out. I think Ben and Mark felt the same too. (:

Had Subway for dinner and boy oh boy, the portion given is getting really small! Then again, maybe it's just cause I haven't eaten Subway in a while! /:

OHHHH MYYYYY, I just had the most fun and funnily, quite detailed dream! I shan't say the details here cos it's .. rather, personal (:

And I wonder what's up with me these days. I seem to be up too early everyday, no matter what time I sleep. I slept at around 1230 yesterday today (Okay fine, so it's not reaaaally late) and I was awake at 845 already when I usually sleep in till like 10. One sad thing is most people aren't awake at this time, hehh, so it's rather boring, and I can't get back to sleep so I've no choice. Well, I guess I am getting older, so I require less sleep yeah? (:

And idk if that's a good thing or bad thing - growing up, that is!

Yesterday I tried the XXL Mushroom Swiss from BK. It wasn't really as big as I expected but I didn't eat a small portion of the top due to the ewww* mushrooms there. Don't ask me why I even bought the set when I don't quite like mushrooms. (:

We lanned yesterday @ Paradiz, awesome fun, my team owned yeah (:

Wasn't feeling too good, was down with fever, headache and sore throat, now only the sore throat remains (I hope the fever has gone away for good!), what with Higher Chinese O's in a few more days, I hope I'll be better.

Oh well, went for youth today and it was quite quite demoralising - so few people turned out. ):

Whoa, overnight cycling tired me out ttm! 12 hrs and 70km which stretched from eastcoast to serangoon to hougang to bangkuok to punggol to tampines to yio chu kang to ang mo kio to bishan to toa payoh to kallang to mountbatten and back to eastcoast! Fun fun.

Wheee, all of us ended off with notable ass pains, but I feel better after having an awesome 8 hour sleep (:

And, here's the fourth and last lesson.

Lesson 4:

A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold the bird froze an d fell to the ground into a large field.

While he was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on him.

As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, he began to realize how warm he was.

The dung was actually thawing him out!

He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.
A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate.

Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him.


Moral of the story:

(1) Not everyone who shits on you is your enemy.

(2) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.

(3) And when you're in deep shit, it's best to keep your mouth shut!

Lesson 3:

A turkey was chatting with a bull.

'I would love to be able to get to the top of that tree' sighed the turkey, 'but I haven't got the energy. '
'Well, why don't you nibble on some of my droppings?' replied the bull. They're packed with nutrients.'

The turkey pecked at a lump of dung, and found it actually gave him enough strength to reach the lowest branch of the tree.

The next day, after eating some more dung, he reached the second branch.

Finally after a fourth night, the turkey was proudly perched at the top of the tree.

He was promptly spotted by a farmer, who shot him out of the tree.

Moral of the story:
Bull Shit might get you to the top, but it won't keep you there..
