worn-out!

The father of 2 children brought home a container of poison.

He placed in on a table and told his children (let's just say the children are in their teens so they already understand what's dangerous and what's not) not to touch the container because it contains poison. Also the father told the children that if they were to touch it, he would send them to the children's home.

One day, a stranger came up to them ( apparently having knowledge of the presence of the poison) and told them to try and see what's really in it. The children was curious if indeed it contained poison so they decided to open the container.

To make a long story short, the children died of poisoning.

Now, whose fault was it?

Discuss!
